hello, the site is great, i am using carcassi guitar method (orange cover) for my self study. i know the fretboard and several keys. i bought guitar pro 6 last year and its a very usefull software.

Great site! I've been looking for some nice spanish style pieces that are not overly complicated. I came across your youtube stuff and that is what I want to do. I've been going through lots of flamenco and classical books/videos but the songs they have are not great and more for exercises. I am also anxious to go over the improv section. I really want to connect the chords and scales that fit. My Improve doesn't feel natural yet. It's very thought our and not free. I think this site will be of great benefit. I also bought your CD on I tunes. It's very musical. Nice emotions and feel. Thank You!

What is in the ebook that is not on your site? Just curious about that. I'm at the level were I can learn the solo pieces by watching and by reading the music pdf files. Is there anything in the book that I'm missing?

Hermando te felicito eres magnifico con la guitarra, actualmente estoy interesado en aprender a tocar ritmos de rumba, por lo que he visto tus videos de rumba en especial este: The Rumba Flamenca Rhythm Explained: Rumba in A Minor.

El cual he estado practicando muho, pero mucho y no me suena tan bien como el tuyo, por favor si no es mucha molestia podrias hacer un video un poco más detenido para asi poder obervar con claridad todos tus movimientos.

Do you have any advice regarding string selection for a guitar?

I have always bought DAddario Normal tension strings but noticed that they also come in Medium and High tension varieties. Does the string tension affect the sound output or quality much (or playability)?

I've got to hand it to ya mate, this is the best guitar site I've come across!! It's simply laid out, got great music, and brilliant video lessons!!! You are a wonderful teacher and very talented guitarist! I've been learning the classical guitar for a year, and although I enjoyed it I wasn't loving it. Suddenly I came across your video of Rumba Flamenca in A minor on youtube and I immediately fell in love with the Flamenca style of playing!!! It sounds so beautiful, feels fun when I play it and makes me really happy everytime I heard or play the music!!! Unfortunately my classical teacher cannot play flamenca, so I've just been teaching myself of youtube videos. I was gonna give up, because it was getting really hard trying to watch people play then figure out what they were doing, when I accidentaly came across you site!!! I could believe it!! This site saved me, and now I can't keep myself from playing my guitar!!! A funny thing has happened now, I'm still going for lessons with my classical guitar teacher, but during the lessons my teacher has asked me to start teaching him Flamenca guitar!!!! You are a real professional musician and your music and style of plaing are amazing.          One of the things that give me passion is the flamenco style. I've been playing the classical guitar for 4 years and I know many techniques, but what I found here in this site is wonderful. This is the way I've always wanted to leatn how to play. It's really hard to master this type of playing but I hope that with practice and your great work here I would become better. One more time, Thank You!!! Manha de Carnival is a beautiful tune , but it is copyrighted so I can't teach it here.  I know that you can find some good tabs out there though.

If it's not too difficult, would love to learn Manha de Carnival by Bonfa. Use this site a lot.
